2. Principles

This website does not use cookies for analytics or advertising, does not use tracking or statistics services and does not load content from third parties. Fonts and images are stored on our own server.

3. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Inhaber René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Deutschland. When you visit the website, the server automatically processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser type and operating system. This serves the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are deleted after a short time. We have a data processing agreement with the host.

4. Enquiry form

If you send us an enquiry using the form, we process your details (name, email address, optional phone number, travel dates, number of guests, pet, message) to answer your enquiry and, if applicable, to conclude a rental contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The details are stored in our database and forwarded to us by email; you receive an acknowledgement by email.

To prevent abuse, we store an encrypted value (hash) of your IP address for no more than 48 hours in order to limit the number of enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We delete enquiries no later than 24 months after receipt, unless statutory retention obligations apply, for example for booking records.

5. Contact by email

If you write to us by email, we process your details to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).

6. Availability calendar

The calendar on this website only shows on which days the house is booked. It is synchronised with the calendars of Airbnb and Vrbo/FeWo-direkt. Only date ranges are exchanged, no personal data of guests.

7. Registration obligation in Italy

Under Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS) we are obliged to report the ID details of all guests to the competent police authority. We collect these details before arrival (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

8. Links to map services

The buttons “Get directions” and “Open in Google Maps / Apple Maps” are simple links. The respective service only opens when you click on them, and its privacy policy then applies.

9. Admin area

A technically necessary session cookie is set for the password-protected admin area. Visitors to the website are not affected.

10. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise these rights, write to info@casale-barbenzi.com. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.
