The house
A casale with history and plenty of space
Casale Barbenzi stands on the remains of a Roman watchtower. Two thousand years ago it already overlooked the Tiber valley. Today it is a carefully restored country house with two apartments, rented only as a whole.
The stone walls, wooden-beamed ceilings and terracotta floors remain. Bright bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens and relaxed holiday furnishings were added. All around are a large fenced garden, olive trees, roses and lavender.

Casa Principale
The large living and dining room with its fireplace is the heart of the house. The whole group fits around one table. Outside the door is the loggia with views of the pool and valley.

Lo Studio
