No, the house is only rented as a whole with both apartments.

The whole house, heating, Wi-Fi, the pool in season and parking. In addition we charge €300 for final cleaning including bed linen and towels.

At least 5 nights, Saturday arrival preferred. Exceptions are possible on request.

By bank transfer: 50% deposit on booking, the balance before arrival. There is no security deposit.

You can cancel free of charge up to 2 months before arrival. After that the deposit is retained.

If the municipality charges a tourist tax, it is payable in addition. We will tell you the exact amount with your confirmation.

Check-in is from 4 to 8 pm, check-out by 10 am.

Marcello will hand over the keys on arrival and show you around the house.

By car. The last stretch is a gravel road. The nearest airports are Perugia, Florence, Bologna, Pisa and Rome.

Yes. Shops and restaurants are in Sansepolcro, about 15 minutes away.

In Italy all guests must be registered with the authorities. For this we need the ID details of everyone in your group before arrival.

The Casa Principale has 3 bedrooms for 3, 2 and 1 person, Lo Studio has 2 bedrooms for 2 each. Two loungers can be used as extra beds.

Yes, both.

Yes. The property is fenced with a gate, and the pool has its own fence. There is a play lawn, a cot and a high chair.

The pool is open from May to September. Heating by heat pump is possible on request.
