Length of stay

Minimum stay 5 nights, Saturday arrival preferred. Exceptions on request.

Offer & payment

You receive our offer by email and accept it by paying the 50% deposit within 5 days; the balance is due before arrival. No security deposit, free cancellation up to 2 months before arrival.

Arrival & departure

Check-in 4–8 pm, check-out by 10 am. Marcello will hand over the keys on site.
